Why is this role really critical to us?


The purpose of this specific role is to provide expert knowledge, working closely with the team to deliver a range of sales activities across various segments and channels. Ensuring business model compliance across segments and channels in line with sales policies and procedures. They also define, maintain and update the Sales Standards and policies for the market in line with global and local requirements.

Focus upon the supervision of a team, who execute against the sales strategy and provide overall sales services to promote and support the organization's products by establishing the priorities for the work area in line with the strategic plan and in adherence to local processes and standards.

How will you spend your time at Vodafone?


  • Strategic Management
  • Apply sales and marketing strategies within the assigned accounts to ensure that Fixed Sales Management department achieves annual targets.
  • Ensure that the assigned accounts are fully utilized in terms of Fixed Core and Mobile Core product, services and solutions (i.e. Fixed voice, data and internet products)
  • Business Management
  • Evaluate deal profitability using financial controls and analysis, tools provided by the company
  • Lead cross functional teaming initiatives to improve sales process and customer satisfaction
  • Establish business plans and ensure company resources (budgets etc.) are utilized efficiently/effectively to deliver results targeted by the department
  • Focus on customer invoice payments so that money collection is maximized
  • Ensure VTAS & VFNET sales and marketing strategies are applied by inline with policies and procedures
  • Contract assigned accounts to increase subscriber life cycle within Vodafone network
  • Develop Vodafone business within current customers so that VTAS & VFNET revenues are increased
  • Establish customer information inline with Vodafone requirements and keep it up to date
  • Utilize customer data; make classification and differentiate resources/plans for each specific customer so that customer needs are satisfied
  • Customer Relations Management
  • Establish effective relations with the accounts to ensure that VTAS & VNET is the preferred supplier for telecommunication.
  • Respond to the customer needs within agreed time intervals and ensure CDI targets are achieved.
  • Manage relations with non VDF users in order to increase consideration of VDF products/brand usage

You are just the person we’ve been looking for, if you have:


  • University degree
  • Sales experience (minimum 6 years)
  • Driving license
  • Military service completed (for male candidates)
  • Experience in Fixed Telecommunication Business and Key Account sales is preferred
  • Fluent English
  • Good negotiation skills
  • Financial awareness
  • Project management and business modelling skills
