JOB PURPOSE /SUMMARY
At Solana Living, the leasing team plays a vital role in driving maximum occupancy rates, the highest levels of tenant satisfaction, and continuous revenue growth across our residential and commercial communities.
As Leasing Contracts Officer, will be responsible for issuing, tracking, renewing and authenticating EJAR contracts for our 1300+ properties. You will also share responsibilities in overseeing all aspects of the leasing process, from marketing and lead generation to tenant onboarding, and will set processes and procedures to ensure the smooth operations of your team.
RESPONSIBILITIES
● Issuing, tracking, renewing, and authenticating EJAR contracts for all properties.
● Ensure all leasing contracts adhere to legal and regulatory standards, maintaining accuracy and completeness.
● Manage and organize all documentation related to leasing contracts, ensuring accessibility and accuracy.
● Track existing contracts and oversee renewal procedures to ensure timely and efficient contract extensions.
● Assist in negotiations for lease terms, aligning with company objectives and legal requirements.
● Maintain a comprehensive record of all lease agreements, amendments, and related correspondence, as per the systems and processes set by the company.
● Regularly audit contracts for compliance and accuracy, conducting reviews to identify any discrepancies or issues.
● Identify and implement improvements to streamline contract management processes and increase efficiency.
● Provide detailed reports on contract status, performance, and trends for informed decision-making.
