PURCHASING ASSISTANT - Inca Philippines
A Purchasing Specialist is needed for INCA Philippines — one of the oldest and most experienced rotomoulding companies in the world, a specialized plastic product manufacturer and a pioneer in rotomoulding technology in Asia with existing operations in the Philippines, Thailand and Malaysia.
The main office is located in Muntinlupa City, Metro Manila. Applicants should be willing to commute or relocate.
Job Description:
- Perform data entry, documentation, printing, and filing duties
- Conduct product research and sourcing new suppliers and vendors
- Record and Compile Supplier List
- Update contact and bank information of suppliers
- Processing Purchase Order
- Coordinate with the logistics partner for booking of shipments
- Monitor shipments and delivery of purchased items
- Coordinate with Engineering Department for product sample testing and approval
- Record and compile test result of samples
- Coordinate with Inventory Supervisor for safekeeping of approved samples
- Other tasks related to the position
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Administration, or equivalent
- Preferably 1-2 years experience in Vendor Management, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Import & Export
- Analytical skills
- Ability to read and analyze technical drawings
- Knowledgeable in the application of import and export license
- Background in ISO-9001-2015
- Willing to travel nationwide

Salary: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month
