Responsibilities:
- Learn and assist in performing inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Follow established procedures and guidelines to conduct visual inspections, measurements, and functional tests.
- Document inspection results and report any non-conformities
- Assist in analysing quality data, identifying trends, and implementing corrective actions as directed.
- Participate in training programs to develop knowledge of quality control processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall product quality and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- The ability to work from engineering drawings
- Background in fabrication (desirable)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with MS Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving quality control practices.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.
