Job Description
Develop a deep understanding of the market landscape, including competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
Build strong relationships with distributors, providing support and resources to enhance their promotion and sales of our vacuum pump solutions.
Proactively hunt for new clients in Southeast Asia, showcasing the value and benefits of our products through product demonstrations, persuasive presentations, and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with distributors on sales strategies to expand our market share in the region.
Ensure fluency in English to effectively communicate with international teams, clients, and distributors.
Leverage technical background to understand and communicate the features and advantages of our vacuum pump solutions.
Possess strong market knowledge, including understanding the competitive landscape and capitalizing on emerging market trends.
The Successful Applicant
Fluency in English is essential, as you will be working with an international team and communicating with clients and distributors across Southeast Asia.
Minimum 4-5 experiences in Sales engineer or related
A solid technical background, preferably as a technician, will provide you with the foundation to understand and effectively communicate the features and advantages of our vacuum pump solutions.
Proven experience in sales and distributor management, with a track record of successfully expanding market share and achieving sales targets.
Strong market knowledge, including an understanding of the competitive landscape and the ability to identify and capitalize on emerging market trends
