Job Description

Channel Management:

The Sales Lead will be responsible for managing both direct sales channels and distributor relationships. This includes identifying and establishing new partnerships, as well as nurturing and expanding existing ones.
The goal is to maximize sales opportunities and ensure consistent growth in the welding robot market.Technical Expertise:

As a Sales Lead, you will be expected to possess a strong technical knowledge of welding robots and related applications. You will provide guidance and support to customers and partners, helping them understand the capabilities and benefits of our welding robot solutions.
This includes conducting product demonstrations, delivering technical presentations, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.Sales Support:

Collaboration with distributors is essential, and the Sales Lead will work closely with them to provide ongoing sales support.
This includes assisting with lead generation, developing sales strategies, and conducting joint sales visits with distributor representatives. Additionally, you will coordinate with the headquarters team to ensure that the necessary resources and support are provided to meet sales objectives.

The Successful Applicant

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales
Knowledge and experience with various types of robots is preferred, with a particular emphasis on welding robots.
Experience in selling products in Automotive, Electronic and general industries
Proactive and self-motivated, constantly seeking new opportunities and taking initiative to drive sales growth.
Energetic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
