Key Tasks/Role:
- Strengthen and further enhance the Bayer 04 Leverkusen Academy in alignment with the club vision, football philosophy, playing style and training methodology.
- Recruitment and development of Academy players and technical staff.
- Safeguarding processes and operational efficiency.
Experience:
- Outstanding judgement for developing individual talent.
- Proven coaching and team management experience within a youth/development program at a professional football club or FA.
- Experience in managing staff, budgets and partnerships.
Qualification/Knowledge:
- Previous management role in an elite football environment/ Understanding playing styles and principles.
- Academy Manager License (desirable) and UEFA Pro- / A-License or similar.
- Strong leadership management and communication skills.
